Clients may cancel scheduled services by contacting us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee, especially if materials have already been purchased. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the terms outlined in the agreement specific to your project.
The client agrees to provide access to the property and clear any necessary areas for the safety and efficiency of the roofing project. You are also responsible for obtaining any required permits unless otherwise agreed.
